Learn from two former Games athletes how to properly Olympic lift and improve your performance in the Clean and Jerk and Snatch movements! This seminar will be broken up into 2 blocks of 4 hour sessions to focus on the compound movements and provide you with the tips and tricks needed to get stronger and faster! We will also briefly discuss nutrition to help you get stronger as you train for these lifts on your own!

This seminar is good for first timers as well as advanced lifters!
