Have you never done Yoga before? Have you done a few classes and would now like to learn the basics correctly? Then this 6 week course is for you!
In this course you will cover the basic poses and philosophies of Yoga. Each week you will progress and feel more confident.
This course will repeat every 6 weeks, so you can either graduate and join any class on the Forster Yoga timetable after this, or you can repeat for as many times as you feel is comfortable for you.
Members only pay $10 per class (min 6 classes).
Non members pay $17 per class (min 6 classes)
Please enroll online and rest assured that all our courses are 100% refundable if you feel they don't meet your expectations after attending for 2 weeks or more. We want happy clients, and no questions will be asked. (The only condition is you need to have attended to receive your refund.)
Please note that any missed classes, if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, will be credited on your studio account. You can use this money towards a membership, casual packages or in our shop. Please accept that no shows or late cancellations will not be credited.
This course also includes a free week of unlimited classes ($50). You must redeem your free week at the end of the course, and enjoy special treat when joining before your week is up.
