Friday, April 6th Fort Collins CrossFit will be hosting the Hero Workout "DG"
8x DB Thrusters (35/20)
12x DB Walking Lunge.
-First heat will begin warming up at 4:30pm and we will run heats every 20 minutes until everyone who would like to participate has done so.
-Following the workout we will be watching the latest CrossFit documentary, The Redeemed and Dominant.
-Once we have a better idea on the number of participants we will figure out food options for that night (grilling/potluck/etc.)
-This will be separate from the Friday programmed WOD.
