This program is designed to get you ready to run the Firemen’s 5K at the end of May.
Speed Training Includes:
-6:00pm Tuesday & Thursday night workouts at TCU track led by coach Gary Anderson
-Optional group social runs on Monday night, Wednesday and Friday & Saturday mornings
-Weekly schedules (running 5-6 days/week)
-Specialized post run workouts that improve your running performance for the Firemen’s 5k

We’re making Spring Speed better in 2018 with 2 exciting new additions in order to make you a faster and stronger runner. We will be adding Strengthening & Stretching on Tuesdays and Yoga for Runners on Thursdays. These will be led by Amy Clark and Kristen Perek, both from SporTherapy, after our workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
