Kaizen is our ever improving saison. When we first brewed it, we had the idea of creating a solera system, aging a part of each batch in a different barrel. Some were put in wine barrels, some in whiskey barrels, some even made it into gin barrels. After over a year of aging, we used some of each barrel to make a totally different, totally unique Kaizen Saison. The bottles have carbonated and it is tasting good.
We have about 600 bottles, no limit. Bottles will be available at noon on Saturday, March 24th.
