Sound for Balance and Well-Being 6:30-7:30 pm

Betsy Anderson teaches a phenomenal slow flow yoga on Monday nights from 5:30-6:30. After that class we will extend the savasana with a 30-minute sound bowl meditation. If you can attend both events that would be ideal. If you would like to just come for the sound meditation that will begin at 6:30. Afterwards Pavitra will explain how and why sound calms and sooths the body and allows for a deep meditation. Experience the healing quality of sound to relieve stress, promote well-being, and restore the rhythm to your life.
Pavitra has trained with Mitchell Gaynor, M.D., is a board-certified medical oncologist, internist and hematologist. He is the author of four books, including The Healing Power of Sound. Cost: $18
