Some of the city's finest gems stand proudly in our Cultural Center in Midtown. The Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit Public Library Main Branch, The Detroit Historical Museum, and The Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History are just a few of the institutions that make Detroit a destination for arts and culture in our region and, indeed, the world.
Join us as we walk among these masterpieces as well as Minoru Yamazaki architecture tucked away in Wayne State's central campus and a myriad of shops and galleries in the area.
Tour begins promptly at 11am. Please allow yourself a sufficient amount of time to find parking and arrive at Fourteen East Cafe.
We will stop frequently, but please bring comfortable shoes for walking.
