Food establishments in Michigan require a certified
food safety manager. This course provides education
to successfully pass the ServSafe Food Protection
Manager Certification exam. Through ServSafe participants learn how to help prevent foodborne illness throughout the flow of food
and set up food safety management systems. The ServSafe Manager class covers the 7th Edition ServSafe Manager book.

The exam is taken at the end of the day. Participants are encouraged to register early and purchase the book to ready and study well in advance of the class and test.
