Mindfulness : a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
Following our program ‘Protecting Your Assets, Your Intentions, Your Income, Your Family’ on Tuesday 24 in conjunction with Money Smart Week, you will learn mindfulness techniques with the Health and Wellness Team of MSU Extension that help reduce emotional stress, related to money or any other life concerns.

This program is part of Money Smart Week (April 21-28, 2018), six days of focused presentations by community groups, financial institutions, government agencies, educational organizations, and financial experts, all designed to help consumers learn to better manage their personal finances.
