Daisy Birthing uniquely fuses gentle flowing yoga-based movements with breathing and relaxation techniques to ease away the frustrations of the week and stay calm in labour. You'll learn movements and techniques you'll use during your labour, helping make it easier, comfortable and positive.
There is progressive education over the six weeks that will guide you on your journey from early labour through to the wonderful moment you get to meet your baby. We'll talk about all the choices, including understanding common interventions so that you can make the right decisions for you.
Can be started from 14 weeks onwards and continued for as long as you wish. Classes run in blocks of 6 weeks.
