ALL-LEVEL movement/embodiment event. We will breathe, bounce, sweat, push, rest, DANCE, and work as individuals, partners, and as a group in actions that help us access the pleasure of effort, and all of the ridiculous delights of having a body. Dynamic music buoys us through our fatigue and steers us to an empowering and celebratory culmination! Join instructor, Allie Hankins, who is a performer, choreographer, and dance/fitness instructor based in Portland, OR. Allie has been studying dance and teaching classes for over ten years, with a focus on inclusive learning environments and alternative fitness practices.
