Tim Winship will talk about what we know of how the sun works (no, its not burning coal), how we learn about it, how it interacts with the environments of the Earth, and space weather. We'll discuss ice ages, climate change, and solar storms. If its clear we'll observe the sun through a solar-safe telescope. Ages: no restrictions but have to be able to sit through a 45-60 minute talk. Questions from all ages welcome!

Program is free and held at the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, located at 14000 W SR 2, Oak Harbor, OH 43449.
