Bring a friend. Bring your entire training group. This run is for YOU Columbus! This is a FREE, fully supported group run perfectly timed for all of your hearty souls who have been logging the miles all winter and spring long in preparation for the OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon, or any of you fulls doing a full marathon ;)!
Along with Fleet Feet's training groups, any and all runner's from the Central Ohio running community are welcomed to join us along the banks of the Olentangy River. Following the run stick around for the celebration!
Capital City Half Marathon Race Director David Babner will also join us with some encouraging words for all participants right before he officially begins the run!
When - Saturday, April 14th at 7:30am. Arrive by 7:15am to find parking and restrooms.

Hydration - Water and Gatorade are supplied every 2 miles along the Olentangy Trail From Worthington to the Ohio State Campus.
Pacing- We will have the following pace groups available:
11:30 Run/Walk - 12 miles only
12:00 Run/Walk - 12 miles only
12:30 Run/Walk - 12 miles only
13:00 Run/Walk - 12 miles only
The run will be followed by a celebration with Land Grant 13.1 Wheat Ale, prizes, post run food and more!
Fit For Life Physical Therapy, our partners in wellness will be with us as usual to help workout any last minute kinks that you may have. Hot and fresh coffee will be provided by Silver Bridge Coffee & Fleet Feet Sports! They are the best, so don't hesitate to take them up on their services!
