Running every fortnight - we bring you a fusion of Power & Calm!
Join us for 75 minutes of outdoor circuit style HIIT training (using Body weight, TRX and more) mixed with Yoga (think Strong, Flexible & Calming).

We’ve got it all!
It’s the perfect midweek kick to leave you feeling at your best and creating space for yourself - and look out for certain weeks where we will have special goody bags for you too!
