Join us for our next Couch to CrossFit! Spring sign up starts so join today before all our spots are filled!! $60 for 3 weeks (8 classes) or 50% for Gym members.
This class will meet 3 consecutive weeks Mondays and Wednesdays @ 5pm beginning May 2nd. Participants are encouraged to join Saturday’s Community WODs @ 8am.
Each session will be roughly one hour packed full of knowledge, quality instruction, and FUN! Participants will do a workout each day.
You will be introduced to all seven of our highly qualified CrossFit coaches that will help you discover new pathways to a healthier and fitter you!
Together we will warm-up, learn skills, movement concepts, exercises, basic conditioning, and basic mobility
This Program is perfect for beginners interested in the benefits CrossFit can bring towards their fitness goals. Also for returning members looking to start this New Year with a healthier lifestyle.
