Hula hooping has come a long way since the last time you picked one up on the elementary school playground. Come explore full body wellness with hoop dance! Hoop dance provides a full body workout (burn up to 600 calories per hour!) and is much more fun than running on a treadmill. Hoop dance also provides an outlet for creativity and self expression, both of which can enhance your overall mental wellness.
This 6 week foundation course will equip you with the knowledge you need to start your hoop journey. Drop in rate is $15 per class, or pay $75 for all 6 classes if you purchase online before the first class. Save $15 and buy ahead of time!
- Waist hooping
- Off body techniques like halo, weaves and helicopter (and more!)
- Transitioning between on-body and off-body hooping
- Transitioning between different off-body techniques
- Sustained spinning and finding flow
I'm addition, you will walk away with choreography incorporating everything we learned so you can wow friends and family with a dazzling performance!

There will be plenty of hoops to share in class, and Hannah will have custom hand made hoops for sale so you can practice at home. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to put in your order ahead of time and your hoop will be waiting for you at the first class.
