Join Phillip Godfrey, MES MET Saturday April 14th at 12pm for an "Introduction to Proper Form" workshop. The workshop will consist of learning about the importance of proper form and the correct techniques for basic movements such as push, pull, lift, press, and lunge. Each attendee will practice the proper form and receive handouts to take home reference. The workshop is free of charge and will last around an hour.
