This slower meditative practice is aimed at restoring a healthy flow and balance of our mind, body and emotions. We will stretch, breath and move through postures in a slow, gentle way combining yin and yang asana.
This practice is great for unwinding the mind, offloading mental tension and allowing focus and openness. It particularly suits new yogis, people with injury, post natal women, mature aged yogis or anyone seeking a more gentle practice.
