Join us MONDAY NIGHTS at 5:30pm for an hour of Hip Hop dance fitness! $7 cash, check or $8 if paying with credit card.
This hour long Hip Hop Fitness class will feature your favorite hip hop songs and routines from present and past local hip hop fitness classes and introduce you to MixxedFit® .
MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that incorporates explosive dancing and boot camp toning.
In MixxedFit®, we work out to our favorite songs on the radio , then, we spice things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging!
Choreography is not complex or difficult and steps are repetitive and easy to follow! That way you can focus on getting lost in the music! Whether you are nine or ninety-nine, the next Beyonce’ or have been sitting on your couch the last ten years — MixxedFit® is the place for you!
FAQ: I HAVE NO DANCE EXPERIENCE! CAN I DO THIS?
Yes! This requires NO dance experience! Only a possitive
attitude and a love for Hip Hop music!
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Comfortable clothes and shoes that you can get sweaty in. Bring a water bottle.
IM OUT OF "SHAPE", CAN I DO THIS?
Yes, this is a great way to get into fitness! You will have so much fun that our hope is you will forget you are working out! You can expect to burn 300-700 calories depending on effort put forth.
WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
Parking garage is next door and neighboring streets all have FREE parking. Mondays are not very busy down town so there will be more spots available on neighboring streets. We will continue to look for and communicate more parking options as best we can.

IS THIS ZUMBA?
No, this is not a zumba class and is strictly Hip Hop. However, a morning Zumba class later in the week is being considered.
