Lower Extremity Injury Prevention Program for Girls

The Lower Extremity Injury Prevention Program for female athletes will begin with individual 20 minute pre-program evaluations by Dr. Shelly Kraetz. Athletes will have a customized training plan that they will follow during the two classes offered each week. Our biomechanics training will teach proper landing and force distribution, provide instructions in athletic movement mechanics and improve balance, body control and strength.
