I have struggled with my weight my whole life and been as heavy as 340 lbs.
Right now the past few weight in I have been in the 240s and approaching having lost 100 lbs.
I have been up and down my whole life and in this past year I have been able to keep almost all of my muscle and lose a ton of body fat and lead a healthier lifestyle.
