Yoga by You with Cambria
We have a few spaces left in this 4 week Practice. Come join us each wednesday as we go deeper into asana, pranayama and how your body can benefit from a daily yoga practice. Each week you will be supported to fully integrate a posture that will support your bodies healing process. Move through any blocks or fear that hold you back from using yoga everyday. At the end of the 4 weeks you are presented with a printed flow of each asana that the group choose to focus on, including pranyama. Outlined will be the benefits of each posture and practice. Learn how to use your joints, muscles and breath to release old trauma, chronic pain and stress. Learn the history behind yoga, and move forward in your practice with the know how and confidence you need to start yoga by you everyday!
4 weeks: $50.00 paid at start of block.
No yoga experience needed, please bring water and an open mind!
Please note this class is not open to drop ins due to the nature of each practice and the focus on advancing your yoga practice. Please join us for the 4 weeks.
