A 2nd class was added for Wed., April 9th; 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
End your day with a slower paced, relaxing flow to calm your mind and give peace to your heart. There will be an emphasis on the breath, flexibility, balance & relaxation. This class is appropriate for all levels and modifications will be offered for those looking to go deeper. Beginners welcome.

About the instructor: Kathleen's first yoga instructor was her mother, who began teaching yoga when Kathleen was a teenager. Kathleen found yoga extremely helpful for her back pain related to scoliosis. She introduced it to many friends during college to reduce stress and dove deeper into her practice during a semester abroad in India. She enjoys sharing her love of yoga with others by helping them gain greater body awareness and most importantly, relax. Kathleen attributes restorative yoga to helping her through health problems, chronic fatigue and stress. Kathleen completed her Spanda® training with Dr. Jaime Stover Schmitt in 2014. She especially enjoys teaching yoga to children outside!
