Reiki, Meditation and Yoga: A Special 90-minute Class

Join us for a 90-minute class designed to center and refresh you. Michelle Garcia will lead you into restorative poses that release physical tension as she performs Reiki, a gentle hands-on technique for stress reduction, relaxation, emotional and energetic re-balancing, and healing. If you have never experienced Reiki before, you might expect to feel warmth and tingling in the areas where Michelle is directing energy. Afterwards, students report feeling a greater sense of freedom in body, mind and spirit.

A guided meditation at the beginning and end of the class will be led by Rachel Kalom. These meditations are constructed specifically to facilitate introspection and peace. Together, Michelle and Rachel will help you to feel grounded and connected. Our meditations for this class will highlight the themes of renewal and reemergence, just in time for spring!

We limit class size to 12 people to maximize the amount of personal attention you receive.

Michelle Garcia is a Reiki Practitioner (Master Teacher/Level III), Adaptive Yoga Instructor, and Licensed Massage Therapist in the Chicago area whose journey in life is to help people feel better.

Building inclusive communities is Rachel Kalom's passion. As a yoga teacher, running coach and Ganesha’s resident self-care specialist, Rachel seeks to illuminate the potential and power in every student.
