Chair Yoga is a form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using the chair for support. Chair yoga is a great practice for anyone who has mobility restrictions, chronic conditions, or physical disabilities. The practice deepens flexibility and balance as well as strengthens body awareness.
