The Gardner Aquatic Center offers swimming lessons each summer that are taught by American Red Cross certified lifeguards. Opening Day registration is on Saturday, April 7, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Gardner City Hall and beginning at 8:00 a.m. online at: https://apm.activecommunities.com/gardnerparksrecreation/Home. Fee: $50; $45 if student has a paid pool pass membership at the Gardner Aquatic Center for the 2018 season.
Public Swim Lesson Classes
-Parent Toddler (Age 18 mos.-4 years)
-Fins I-VI (Age 4 and older)
Public Lessons are held Mon-Thurs for two weeks. Fridays will be used for make-up classes in the event of inclement weather. Taught by certified instructors.
Private Swim Lessons are available for children age 5 and older. Children and adults are encouraged to enroll. These classes provide one-on-one instruction from a certified instructor.
Fee: $90; $85 if student is a paid pool pass member at the GAC for the 2018 season.
Dates: June 4 - June 14
Times: Mon-Sun mornings 8:00-Noon -OR-
Monday-Fri evenings 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
