Join our Cultural Kitchen, a series of workshops promoting cultural exchange and food literacy within the Fairfield Gonzales community.
This workshop will feature cuisine from Central Mexico, unique to other regions, and be hosted by Carlos Guzman. Participants will help prepare and cook a meal organized by Carlos featuring gorditas, mole verde, and more. Enjoy learning how to prepare a meal while engaging in dialogue about traditional Mexican food practices.
Due to the kitchen size we have 10 spaces available for this workshop. With that said we will be cooking to feed 30 mouths, so please invite two friends to join the feast from 6 p.m. onward in the Garry Oak Room.
