Yoga Nidra, or “Yogic Sleep”, is a powerful practice of relaxing consciously through guided meditation. This practice is accessible to everyone, and can be practiced either sitting or lying down comfortably with props. Some benefits of Yoga Nidra include calming the nervous system, improving memory, it can help lower blood pressure, and lead to more restful sleep. It can help lower physical, mental, and emotional stress and it’s a great way to connect with yourself deeply.
These classes will include some gentle yoga, deep breathing, and guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
