Bring a friend or make a new one at this playful workshop presented by Melinda and Deidra. Practicing yoga with a partner can be a fun way to deepen your postures and practice while connecting with another person.
Benefits of practicing yoga with a partner:

👉sensation of grounding
An all-levels flow will precede the partner poses to help us stretch and warm the muscles, breath, joints and connective tissues. Modifications, props and alternate postures will be presented so everyone can practice to their level.
All levels of yogis are welcome to participate. Some yoga experience will be helpful. Experience with partner yoga is not necessary! Participants should be healthy and at least 13 years old.
Sign up with a partner or you're welcome to sign up as an individual and we will set you up with a partner.
Studio mats and props are available to borrow.
