RELAX W JESS GEEVARGHESE

Sound is vibration. We are vibration. For thousands of years, sound has been used to move individuals into a state of peace and harmony. We start this one hour and half vibrational journey with a 30 minute yoga session to relax the body, then into a guided meditation using mindfulness and visualization techniques to calm the mind. Through the use of the Tibetan, Himalayan and crystal singing bowl and various instruments, we immerse ourselves in a bath of pure sound and move into a more profound level of deep relaxation.

NEW TO MEDITATION? OR MAYBE NOT?

Are you new to meditation? Always wanted to give it a shot, but wasn't sure how? Want some guidance before trying it on your own? Perfect! Jess G.'s sound bath is a great way to give meditation a go, and no prior experience with meditation is necessary.

Do you already have a meditation practice? Are you looking to add something new or something special? This sound bath will be perfect for you, too. It's a great way to experience a different aspect of meditation.
