RELAX W JESS GEEVARGHESE
Sound is vibration. We are vibration. For thousands of years, sound has been used to move individuals into a state of peace and harmony. We start this one hour and half vibrational journey with a 30 minute yoga session to relax the body, then into a guided meditation using mindfulness and visualization techniques to calm the mind. Through the use of the Tibetan, Himalayan and crystal singing bowl and various instruments, we immerse ourselves in a bath of pure sound and move into a more profound level of deep relaxation.

ABOUT JESS GEEVARGHESE
Jess Geevarghese, a Gen Yoga yoga teacher, has been incorporating sound into her yoga practice since 2012. After years of working with a teacher, she began teaching meditation in 2011. Before moving to Texas in October 2017, she lived in New York City where she regularly taught meditation in corporate settings as well as to private clients. Her corporate clients included Tiffany & Co., JP Morgan Chase, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Penguin Random House. In Houston, she is the meditation teacher for Vinson & Elkins and the Houston Food Bank.
