PLEASE RSVP ON OUR MEETUP PAGE HERE:
Malina Kirn will be teaching part 3 of an Intro to Python class, with something to learn for absolute beginners and more experienced programmers alike. Anyone of any experience level is welcome to come learn in a supportive and welcoming environment! This is the third part of what will be a multi-part series. To get caught up on what we covered in parts one and two, you should work your way through the lessons, up to Exercise 3, in this notebook: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18d_LDxaJxsJTqb8Z5ToQ2YJdKyKudXaD/view?usp=sharing
Feel free to play around! Newer programmers are encouraged to get comfortable with some of the earlier notebook content in advance of the Meetup. We'll spend the first half hour reviewing part two (functions) before doing the exercises and variable scope.
What to bring:
Participants should bring a laptop. We are asking for a suggested donation of $10 per person for the class. Feel free to give more or less as you are able.
