The aim of this workshop led by Maud Léger is to teach you how to develop your own personal guide to find and maintain equilibrium in all areas of life: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. You will be provided with practical Ayurvedic know-hows to create your own holistic home practice - incorporating yoga, breath, mindfulness and nutrition.
This workshop is suitable for all, whether you have never heard of Ayurveda or already practise a few methods and rituals. It includes mindful slow flow, pranayama, meditation and group activities.
