Inviting ALL current and alumni NCC Families and friends! It is our 4th Annual NCC Family Day at Gilroy Gardens and its going to be fun day for all! We gather all together as NCC for a BBQ buffet lunch and you can come and go enjoy the park as you please. Discounted tickets when purchased with NCC. Alumni, please email: events@myncc.net if you would like to buy tickets! We woud love to see you!

EVENT DATE: Saturday, May 12, 2018
LOCATION: Gilroy Gardens Family Theme Park (www.gilroygardens.org)
TIME: Park opens at 10:00 am- and closes at 6 pm- Buffet-Style picnic lunch will be served at noon.
WHERE DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Current Students: Please print the "Ticket & T-Shirt Order Form" that is attached in this email and bring in your payment to the office or event table. Extra copies will be in the office.
Alumni: Please email Ms. Joanna at events@myncc.net

COST:
PACKAGE #1- $40 per person (children 2 years and under are free)
This includes park admission, picnic-style buffet lunch (non-veg and vegetarian available), an official "NCC Family Day" T-shirt and sales tax.

Package #2:- PARK MEMBERSHIP HOLDERS- $20 per person (children 2 years and under are free)
This package is for families who already have a park membership (including Great America Gold Membership). This includes picnic-style buffet lunch, an official "NCC Family Day" T-shirt and sales tax.

Package #3- T-SHIRT ONLY- $8
Children who are 2 years old and younger are free. You may purchase the official "NCC Family Day T-Shirt." Sorry, no infant sizes available.

HELP US RAISE $5,000 FOR OUR STAFF
As part of Staff Appreciation, please consider donating to NCC teacher/staff and their family members so they can join us at NCC Family Day! We have set a goal to raise $4,000 and any donation or sponsorship can help cover their tickets and will be appreciated. :)

When and how can we purchase tickets?
Tickets may be purchased anytime in the office or at the NCC Family Day Ticket event table when available. The last day to purchase will be April 20.

What payment do we accept?
We will accept cash and check. Checks payable to NCC. If paying in cash, please bring exact change. We are also accepting payment through credit card, an additional 2.75% charge fee of your total.

Parking
At the day of the event, each vehicle will get discounted parking ticket for $10 (instead of $15). Just mention that you are part of the Neighborhood Christian Center group.

Lunch Options
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch options are available. Please indicate on order form.

Is this event only for current NCC Families?
Not at all! :) Friends, neighbors, alumni's and your extended families (grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles, cousins) are all welcome! However, all purchased tickets must be made through a NCC student and will be responsible to pass on their tickets & t-shirts.

When do I pick up my tickets and t-shirts?
The week prior to the event, you will get a notification when the tickets and t-shirts will be available.
