focusing on self-love and self-care
discuss positive self-talk
teen focused meditation & visualization
playing singing bowls
discovering strategies to reduce stress, worry, anxiety, overwhelm
learning about crystals
focusing on gratitude & appreciation

WHEN: Wednesdays, April 18, 25, May 2, 9, 16, & 23

TIME: 5:00 - 6:00pm

INVESTMENT: $147 for 6 weeks. Includes journal, crystals and art supplies
