Strength and conditioning for climbing will include a variety of training techniques using both body weight and the equipment in our training room. Led by Timothy Maddox. We plan to offer this every Friday (Unless noted) at 6:30 PM. There is no true end date at this time, but we will keep you updated if things change! $20 for class and climb (access to climbing all day). Members get in free. Punch pass members can use a punch pass.
