A guided practice of active meditation of dynamic movement to physically release by listening to our inner rhythms and allowing the body to speak before the mind.
The practice of movement applies in all aspects of life from dancing, gardening, writing and loving. I have created a soft structure for this Movement Meditation class based on over a decade of experience as a movement practitioner; exploring a spectrum of forms from martial arts, yoga, performance to traditional and contemporary dance forms. I wish to share this practice with you, through movement meditation, we can collectively explore our unexpressed sensations and allow it to be physically released through a guided practice by listening to our inner rhythms, allowing the body to speak before the mind and embodying the empowerment we need to keep going through awareness of breath.
