We will open the body with slow and supported movement, allowing it to breathe more freely.
Using gentle and guided inquiries, we will explore our breath and learn techniques for proper and effective breathing. There will be plenty of time to relax and unwind.
No experience is necessary!
Class size is limited to 12 to allow for comfort, ease and one-on-one time.
