Mindfulness Meditation - Every Wednesday night

In tonight's meditation, we will keep pratising how to use the breath as an anchor and use connect with our bodies.

I am very grateful to have a regular small group attending this meditation but there is room for someone wanting to come and try to see if it can be of benefit in your life.
