This event is crazy. Here is my attempt to explain everything envisioned.

$20 advance entry $25 same day entry
Multi-player commander
Partial Paris mulligan rule
Using this ban: http://mtgcommander.com/rules.php

Structure:
We will be creating random pods of 3-5 players. The number and size of pods will depend on the number of players. Rounds will be 1 game, 1 hour in length and the number of rounds will be determined by player turnout. Players may stay for 1 round or until the events completion. The longer you play the more opportunities for earning additional tickets.

****Players may change decks in between rounds if they want****

How to Win Prizes:
Players will earn tickets for numerous accomplishments within each round. Players may then enter tickets into drawings for any of the prize's available. Each available prize will have a corresponding number. Players will put their name and desired prize number on the tickets won. Players choices will be hidden from other players to keep prize choices interesting. Of course, we do not care if players share information. We also do not care if players intentionally deceive other players to better their chances of winning a drawing. We will pull 1 ticket from each prize available to determine who wins that prize. The drawing will be held at the end of the final round.

How to Earn Tickets:

1. Everyone receives 5 tickets for entering the event. This means all players have a chance at any or multiple prizes. Of course, the longer you stay alive the better your chances to win anything.

2. Players will receive tickets based on elimination ranking. What the Heck does this mean? Lets say a 5 player pod is jammin' hard. I am eliminated 1st, I earn 1 ticket. Brian is eliminated 2nd, he earns 2 tickets. Dave is eliminated 3rd, he wins 3 tickets. Finally Jon is eliminated 4th and earns 4 tickets leaving Jeremy the winner of the pod winning 5 tickets. That is pretty simple to understand, but what happens when Brian combo's out and eliminates 3 people at the same time? Multiple eliminations that occur at the exact same time will be treated equal to the rank of that elimination. So if multiple players were eliminated 1st, those players each get 1 ticket. If the next player is the 4th to be eliminated, they receive 4 tickets and the last player standing takes 5 tickets.

3. The last player standing in each pod will be given 1 additional ticket that they must give to another player of their choice within the same pod. These tickets will have a special mark so that if drawn for a prize we know it was a gifted prize. I love politics in my MTG games.

What can I win?:
