Open Stage for the Underage is a venue for young performers to explore, develop, and showcase their skills in a supportive environment. Mr. H Presents: Open Stage for the Underage, in partnership with the Arts & Culture Centres. Paul Heppleston (aka: Mr. H) will be bringing his long-running youth-oriented open mic events from the west coast to Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor.

Aspiring area musicians aged 12-18 are invited to prepare 3 to 4 songs (up to a total of 15 minutes); they may use their own instruments or use the guitars, keyboard, and drums provided. While this is primarily a music-orient event, students may also bring songs, poems, jokes, or pieces of original writing. Set times will depend on final number of performers registered.

Each show will run from 2:00-4:00 pm, and performers should arrive by 1:45 to sign up. There is no cost to participate! Early registration, or questions, can be sent to: paul.heppleston@gmail.com.
