A laughter club experience will help you find that inner laughter again, when you partake in exercises that encourage playfulness and balance of mind, body, and spirit. A session can include gentle stretching and deep breathing, along with laughter exercises that combine laughing and physical movement. when you leave a laughter club session, you will feel more relaxed.
