Introducing participants to Qi Gong Exercise routines. No previous knowledge or experience of Qigong are required for this course and it would also benefit those wishing to improve their Qigong practise.
The tutor will be covering:
* The concepts and foundations of Qigong for health and wellbeing
* Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi exercise routine which is a series of movements coordinated with your breathing to cultivate energy and wellbeing
Qigong is suitable for all ages and brings a range of benefits to students including improved balance, posture, coordination and flexibility along with increased sense of wellbeing. The exercises are gentle and do not require a great deal of mobility and if needed most exercises can be performed seated.
You will need to wear loose fitting clothing which will allow you to move freely and comfortable footwear.
