Introducing participants to the 8 step and 24 Step Yang Style Tai Chi Form. No previous knowledge or experience of Tai Chi are required for this course but it would also benefit those wishing to improve their understanding of Tai Chi.
Participants will be able to practice and experience a range of Tai Chi movements and use this knowledge to further develop their interest on completion of the course.
Tai Chi is a long-established form of exercise for health and wellbeing, originating in China, and now established world-wide. Movements will be based on Yang style and are gentle and suitable for all ages but does require reasonable mobility. Prospective participants with mobility or health concerns are advised to consult their GP before undertaking this activity.
You will need to wear loose fitting clothing which will allow you to move freely and comfortable footwear.
