An introduction to paper quilling workshop at Gosport Discovery Centre!
Quilling is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, curved and glued together to create a decorative design. Typography is the style and appearance of printed letters, words or numbers etc. A combination of the two is used in graphic design today. The imagery you will use will be a single letter or word or number and the various quilling techniques you'll learn will be used to create and decorate the letters or numbers.
No previous knowledge is necessary.
This is an ideal craft to carry on at home needing minimal materials, tools and space.
