p.s. (If you are not familiar with Food Recovery Network, this non profit organization was started by students in 2011 at the University of Maryland who realized the excessive food waste that took place on college campuses. The mission of FRN is to recover extra food from college dining facilities that would otherwise end up in the trash and donate it local hunger-fighting nonprofits. To date, 230 FRN chapters have been established nationwide, and over 2 million pounds of food have been recovered!)
