Our fun 4-part series covers a wide range of everything you need to know. This is ideal for brand new yogis, as well as anyone who would like to fine-tune their practice and take things back to basics.
What to Expect:
Week 1 (May 2): Breathing and sun salutations
Week 2 (May 9): Standing poses
Week 3 (May 16): Seated postures
Week 4 (May 23): Flow class incorporating all that you’ve learned
