We are excited to announce our first BREWING COURSE at Grain!
Saturday, May 5th!
Want to learn about brewing beer? Want to push your brewing to the next level?
This course is for you! Lead by Grain's resident brewer, Dino Rossi, the course will last a full day and will include a delicious lunch catered by Grain.
Starting from whole malted grains you will mill, mash, boil, and chill your wort before pitching your yeast. All stages of the brewing process will be covered throughout the day as we move step-by-step through the brew.
We will also discuss various equipment options available to home brewers.
We will brew a “clone" of an iconic craft ale, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. You will be able to pick up your portion of the batch we brew after it has fermented and bottle conditioned, approximately 6 weeks after the course.
We’ll be brewing in Grain’s kegelbahn, so if you get bored by all the beer talk you can take a bowling break ;)
