April 11, “Crossing the Kansas River on the Oregon Trail”, Tom Ellis. Tom is a writer and historian whose research interest is focused on 19th century Kansas. He is retired from Washburn University and the Kansas Historical Foundation.
This speakers series complements our current exhibit The Kaw: A Prairie River Shapes a State and is FREE to members.
