In this presentation, we will review the top 10 best practices for internal workplace investigations and explain how to set up a best practice case management system. The session is a highly interactive session, designed as a group game. Participants will discuss common norms of an internal workplace investigation system and we will then together challenge those norms by working them through best practices.
