Healthy Habits Training Center will be hosting a cooking class on Saturday, April 28th, 11:00 AM.
COST: $10 – includes handouts and samples of the food prepared.
This class will spotlight easy, after school recipes that can be made by young adults! Great for surprising mom with a home cooked meal she didn’t have to prepare! Great for a quick but healthy meal before sports practice, evening classes, or lessons! Bring your young cook along with friends to our Chinese Cooking Class and learn to prepare chicken stir fry and pot stickers, otherwise known as Jiaozi, a kind of Chinese dumpling, commonly eaten in China and other parts of East Asia.
